I’m Jason Cao. I think of myself as a Stone Soup Maker. In the old story, people each bring what they have and create something meaningful together. That is how I see coaching too. I help clients combine their experience, insight, and aspirations with thoughtful challenge and practical leadership development so they can move forward with more clarity and purpose.

My work is grounded in leadership coaching, talent and leadership development, and practical self-awareness. I am an International Coaching Federation Professional Certified Coach, and I have spent hundreds of hours coaching managers and executives through real leadership challenges and growth opportunities.
